i am having a difficult time getting the adobe player downloaded on my computer how do i get it downloaded?

I think you browser will ask and have donwload link for update. Just click it
maybe wait for a pop-up saying theres a download available or latest adobe flash player download type in adobe flash-player then what version
why, what do you want to download flash player for
